Both the Air Ensign and the Civil Air Ensign
are light blue with the national flag in canton and with an emblem in the fly:
Air Force uses its aircraft marking, while the
civil air ensign has a black star.

original roundel, this time with national flag as fin-flash

Tamer website and in Wheeler’s book

According to [cos98], until 1966
on the fin of the airplanes black star was used, but since 1966 the
national flag is painted.
